This Privacy Policy explains what information Suavo ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to suavo.tech and app.suavo.tech (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Coaching conversations — the messages you send to the coach and the replies it gives.
• Memory profile — a summary the Service derives from your conversations so the coach can remember your situation across sessions.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the Service.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Digistore24. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only confirmation of your subscription status and the email tied to your purchase.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and personalize your coaching, maintain your account and memory, operate and improve the Service, send you essential account and transactional emails, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails & how to unsubscribe. With your consent — for example when you download a free guide or opt in through one of our free tools — we may send you marketing emails about Suavo's products and offers. You can opt out at any time: click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email and you will be removed promptly, or email [email protected] with the word "unsubscribe" and we will take you off our marketing list. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect essential account or transactional emails (such as purchase receipts or password resets).

3. Service providers

We share information only with trusted providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Anthropic — powers the AI coaching responses.
• Voyage AI — generates search embeddings for the coaching library.
• Resend — delivers transactional email (such as your welcome email).
• Digistore24 — processes payments and subscriptions as Merchant of Record.
• Our hosting provider — stores the application data that runs the Service.

These providers are bound to handle your data only for the purposes of providing their service.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

Suavo is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
