Terms of Service

Welcome to Suavo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suavo website (suavo.tech), application (app.suavo.tech), and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Suavo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Suavo is (and isn't)

Suavo is an AI-powered dating and relationship coaching service for adults. It provides educational and informational coaching only. Suavo is not a substitute for professional advice and does not provide therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Suavo does not guarantee any particular outcome. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate — always use your own judgment, and you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Suavo is not an emergency service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Suavo is offered as a subscription: a $10 trial for 7 days, which then automatically renews at $29 per month (or an annual plan at $199/year, billed every 12 months) until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Digistore24, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Digistore24's terms.
• Your subscription renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
• We may change pricing or plans, with notice provided before any change affects you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suavo to: break the law; harass, stalk, deceive, manipulate, coerce, or harm any person; pursue or involve minors; generate content that is abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.1 Fair use

Coaching on Suavo is unlimited in spirit and metered in practice, so the Service stays fast and affordable for every member. Fair-use budgets currently are:

• Standard membership: up to 60 coaching messages per day — far more than a real coaching conversation uses.
• Trial and intro periods: up to 25 coaching messages per day, rising to the standard budget when the full membership begins.
• Premium plans: up to 100 coaching messages per day.
• A velocity limit of 20 coaching messages per rolling hour applies to all plans.

Each coaching exchange counts once toward the daily budget — including regenerated answers, screenshot reads, and conversation-upload analyses. Budgets reset at midnight UTC. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use: automated querying, account sharing, or reselling access is not permitted. We may adjust these budgets to keep the Service healthy, and will reflect any change on this page.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, coaching material, and software, is owned by Suavo and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. Messages you submit remain yours; you grant us a license to process them solely to operate, personalize, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suavo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using Suavo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
